Registrar & Transcripts

Student Resources

The Registrar’s office maintains all official student records for the University.

Registrar's Office

The Registrar ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and University regulations and policies, including the graduation, completion and transfer-out rates for the University. It is where you can request transcripts and transfer credits for previous college work and find class schedules.

Request Transcripts

MidAmerica Nazarene University partners with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide convenient, fast, and secure transcript order and delivery. All transcript requests must be made online through the National Student Clearinghouse. We do not accept requests via fax, email, mail, or telephone.

Official Transcripts:

  • PDF eTranscripts
    • Official electronic PDF transcripts that can process outside of business hours, pending no holds or incomplete information.
    • Available for students who attended after 1995.
  • Paper mail, in a sealed envelope

Unofficial Transcripts:

  • Paper mail, in a sealed envelope

Official and Unofficial Transcript Orders must be made separately.

    • Official Transcripts: $10.75 each
    • Unofficial Transcripts: $3.75 each

You can order as many official or unofficial transcripts as you like in a single online session with National Student Clearinghouse, but official and unofficial transcript orders must be made separately.

Real-time email and text message alerts are available to keep you up to date on your order status. You can also track your order through the National Student Clearinghouse website.

  • Official Transcripts: $10.75 each
An official transcript is an official record of all academic work taken at MidAmerica Nazarene University and lists any degrees earned from MNU. Official Transcripts bear the Official Seal of the University and the University Registrar’s Signature. Official Transcripts are printed on blue security paper and bear the Official Seal of the University and the Registrar’s Signature. Requests for any kind of transcript must be made in writing — federal law requires your signature in order to release your records. To receive a requested official transcript, the requester must not have any outstanding obligations to the school, such as an unpaid student account bill, a fine, or unmet requirements with the Office of Student Financial Services. Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed, regardless of destination. Payment must be submitted at the time of the request.
  • Unofficial Transcripts: $3.75 each
An unofficial transcript is an unofficial record of all academic work taken at MidAmerica Nazarene University and lists any degrees earned from MNU. The unofficial transcript is printed on plain white paper and does not bear the school’s seal or the registrar’s signature. The Registrar’s Office must have your written signature in order to release your unofficial transcript. Payment must be submitted at the time of the request.
  • Current students may continue to access their unofficial web transcript via ssb.duojiwuye.com without charge.

We do not fax transcripts of any kind to other colleges and universities.

Please contact the Registrar’s Office with questions at 913.971.3626 or registrar@duojiwuye.com

Online transcript ordering is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse, a non-profit organization serving the higher education community for more than 30 years.
